Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE), USA began in 1983 when eleven women came together to create an organization focused on women owners and executives in construction. Today, WCOE provides business connections, education, professional development, and advocacy for issues affecting the industry.
WCOE DMV brings that mission to the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. We create practical opportunities for women owners, executives, and construction-industry professionals to build trusted relationships, exchange knowledge, raise visibility, and strengthen their collective voice.
