WCOE DMV is a local chapter of Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE), the national organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for women in the construction industry. Our chapter serves women-owned construction businesses, women executives, and allies across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
We believe that strong relationships, shared knowledge, and collective advocacy are the foundation of success in construction. Through networking events, educational programs, member spotlights, and public-private partnerships, WCOE DMV creates opportunities for women to lead, grow, and influence the built environment.
