These Member Portal, Directory & Acceptable Use Terms (“Member Terms”) supplement the WCOE DMV Terms of Use and apply whenever you access authenticated or member-only portions of the Platform. By activating or using member access, you agree to these Member Terms and the Terms of Use.

1. Member access is personal and role-based

Regional Platform access is intended for authorized individuals associated with eligible WCOE members or approved regional roles. Access may be tied to a company, organization, administrative role, or other verified relationship. Do not share credentials or use permissions assigned to another person.

If your company, employment, membership, or organizational role changes, WCOE DMV may update, transfer, limit, or remove your access and company association as reasonably necessary.

2. Directory purpose and privacy

The WCOE DMV directory exists to support trusted professional connection among authorized members. Directory access is a privilege, not a license to create an outside marketing database.

  • Use directory information for legitimate one-to-one WCOE networking, relationship-building, referrals, and business connection.
  • Do not scrape, export in bulk, harvest, resell, republish, or redistribute directory information.
  • Do not use member information for unauthorized mass email, text, automated outreach, data-broker activity, or unrelated lead lists.
  • Do not use directory information to train, enrich, benchmark, or populate generalized AI systems, prospecting tools, or external datasets without authorization.
  • Respect visibility settings and do not attempt to expose fields or records that the Platform does not present to your role.

3. Profile and company information

Members and Company Admins should keep profile information reasonably accurate. Company Admins may be able to manage company-facing content and other users associated with the company. WCOE DMV may correct, hide, archive, or remove information that is inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, duplicative, unsafe, or inconsistent with Platform rules.

4. Content, images, logos, and submissions

By uploading or submitting content for display, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and grant WCOE DMV the nonexclusive license described in the Terms of Use. This includes logos, photographs, biographies, company descriptions, event content, documents, and similar materials.

Do not upload confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, classified, medical, financial-account, government-ID, or other sensitive information unless the Platform expressly requests it for an approved purpose and appropriate safeguards are in place.

5. Member communications and conduct

Use member-only tools respectfully and for legitimate professional or organizational purposes. Harassment, discrimination, threats, impersonation, fraudulent activity, malicious content, and intentional misuse of another member’s data are prohibited.

If messaging, submissions, comments, opportunity boards, or similar features are introduced later, WCOE DMV may moderate or remove content and may create additional feature-specific rules.

6. Security and reporting

You are responsible for reasonable account security. Use a unique password, follow available authentication controls, and notify WCOE DMV promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, an incorrect company association, exposed member information, or another security issue.

7. Suspension and removal

WCOE DMV may suspend or remove member access when reasonably necessary to protect members, verify eligibility, respond to organizational changes, investigate misuse, preserve security, comply with law, or enforce these Member Terms. Marketus Aurelius, LLC may take temporary technical action at WCOE DMV’s direction or when reasonably necessary to contain a security or operational incident, but Marketus does not determine substantive WCOE membership eligibility.

8. Technology provider and liability

Marketus Aurelius, LLC provides technical services for the Platform and is not responsible for member business decisions, referrals, contracts, opportunities, profile accuracy, member conduct, or WCOE organizational decisions. The warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, third-party-service provisions, and indemnity terms in the Terms of Use apply equally to authenticated and member-only use, and Marketus Aurelius, LLC is an intended third-party beneficiary of those protections.

9. Updates and acceptance

These Member Terms are versioned. Material updates may require renewed affirmative acceptance before continued member-only access. Acceptance records may include user ID, document/version, and acceptance timestamp for compliance and audit purposes.

10. Questions

Questions about member access, directory use, or these Member Terms may be submitted through the official Contact page.
