Women Construction Owners & Executives
WCOE DMV connects women construction owners and executives across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia to the relationships, knowledge, and collective voice that move businesses—and the industry—forward.
Opportunity does not stop at a jurisdictional line. WCOE DMV connects the District, Maryland, and Virginia so members can build relationships and share insight across one interconnected construction market.
Four ways WCOE DMV turns connection into opportunity and regional momentum.
Build trusted relationships with women owners, executives, and decision-makers throughout the DMV construction market.
Learn from peers, exchange practical insight, and strengthen the leadership and business skills that move companies forward.
Add your voice to conversations and policy priorities affecting women-owned and women-led construction businesses.
Show up, contribute, and help shape a stronger regional community through events, spotlights, partnerships, and service.
A stronger industry starts with women who are connected, visible, and heard.
Meet peers, share ideas, and join the conversations shaping construction across the region.
